Who is moving the first for each problem ? Black or white?
Having a spaced repetition system for go problems is extremely valuable, but there needs to be a way to suspend problems; in both this and the tsumego app a couple of the problems seem wrong or arbitrary and I dont like having to memorize those just to be able to gain the benefit of the rest of the problems.
I love the concept of this app and it has helped me a lot -- a simple spaced repetition system for go problems. However, the app recently started having an issue on smaller screens where the ads cause part of the problem to be off-screen, making it necessary to close and open the app until the problem is shown in a rotation that actually shows the key parts of the problem to be solved.
Not all problems are tesuji. For better or worse, there are honte and joseki problems including ed. Sometimes only one move is included. Sometimes there's only one move and it is far from clear why it's the solution. Latest problem is that ads often cover the bottom part of board, obscuring play and solution.
Ads is covering the gameboard so that user cannot see the full picture. Correct or remove the ads.
Repeats problems you get wrong more frequently than those you get right which really helps learning. A place for the user to make notes and a way to add more lines of play would be good future developments. Overall a very useful app though.
I wish i could pay money for this app so that I didn't have to see the ads. some of them are gross. the program itself is very useful and good for improving at go.
Very nice. I love the way I can look at move continuation later. Really helps. I play this every time I drive by train to school.
I love it
I think this is best application for beginners. Many problems, useful repetition are helping me on progress in GO.
